1. About GiftFlow

By accessing or using GiftFlow you agree to these Terms.
2. Eligibility (18+ Only)
- You must be at least 18 years old to use GiftFlow.
- You must be legally able to enter contracts in your jurisdiction.
- We may request identity verification and/or proof of age.
- Accounts suspected to belong to minors may be permanently removed.
- We may suspend or permanently remove accounts where age requirements are not met or cannot be verified.
3. What GiftFlow Provides
- Creators can create and share wishlists.
- Supporters can send voluntary gifts to creators.
- Supporters may send gifts anonymously.
- GiftFlow is a digital gifting platform — not a fulfilment or shipping service.
- No physical goods or services are sold or delivered by GiftFlow. Gifts represent monetary support only.
3A. Platform Status
GiftFlow provides a platform for voluntary digital gifts between supporters and creators. Supporters acknowledge that gifts are made solely to support creators and that no goods or services are provided in return.
GiftFlow does not sell, supply, arrange, or deliver any goods or services and does not act as an agent, intermediary, or representative of creators. Creators are solely responsible for their content, representations, and any activities conducted outside the GiftFlow platform.
4. Nature of Gifts and Platform Role
Gifts are voluntary payments made by supporters to creators. Creators are solely responsible for their content, profiles, and any representations they make. GiftFlow does not control, endorse, or guarantee creator activity, availability, or outcomes.
Supporters acknowledge they are sending funds freely and understand that gifts are generally non-refundable (see Refunds section).
5. Accounts
- Creators require an account to manage their profile and wishlist.
- You are responsible for keeping your login details secure.
- You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
- We may restrict features if we suspect abuse, fraud, or policy violations.
- Supporters are not required to create an account to send gifts, but may optionally create an account where available features permit.
6. Verification & Withdrawals
Withdrawals are available only to verified creators. Verification and payouts are handled by third-party payment providers (for example, Coinflow). Provider requirements may vary by region, risk profile, and compliance checks.
- GiftFlow does not control verification outcomes.
- GiftFlow does not guarantee payout timing.
- Withdrawals may be delayed or blocked due to provider or compliance requirements.
7. Anonymous Support
Supporters may send gifts without creating an account. Supporters may choose to provide a name/message, but may also remain anonymous to creators.
For fraud prevention and security, we may log limited technical data such as IP address and device/browser information.
8. Payments & Fees
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. GiftFlow does not store full card or bank details.
Funds are transferred via third-party payment providers directly between supporters and creators, subject to applicable provider processes and settlement terms.
- Platform fees may apply and may change from time to time.
- Where fees apply, GiftFlow will display them during checkout or in relevant interfaces.
- Payment processing services are provided by third-party payment providers.
- By making or receiving payments you agree to the applicable payment provider terms.
- We may decline, block, or reverse transactions where permitted by payment providers or required for fraud prevention, compliance, or legal reasons.
- We do not guarantee that all payment methods are available in every region.
- GiftFlow may charge platform service fees in connection with gifts and withdrawals.
9. Refund Policy
- All gifts are final and non-refundable except where required by law or where transactions are unauthorised or fraudulent.
- Accidental gifts are not refundable.
- We maintain transaction records and audit logs for security, compliance, and dispute handling.
- We will investigate and take action regarding chargebacks or disputes, including restricting accounts or withholding funds where permitted.
10. Content Rules & Safety
You must not upload, share, or link content that is illegal, abusive, or unsafe. This includes:
- Illegal content of any kind
- Harassment, hate, or threats
- Violence or extremist material
- Copyright or trademark violations
- Fraud, scams, or impersonation
- Any content involving minors (zero tolerance)
- Non-consensual or exploitative material
We may remove content, restrict visibility, disable features, or suspend/terminate accounts to maintain platform safety.
11. Moderation
We may use automated and/or manual moderation tools to review content (including images) for safety and compliance. Content may be restricted, disabled, removed, or require review. Moderation decisions may be final where permitted by law.
12. Prohibited Behaviour
- Attempting to bypass bans or restrictions
- Abusing anonymity to harass or threaten
- Circumventing fees or payment flows
- Fraud, money laundering, or suspicious self-gifting behaviour
- Attacking, scraping, or reverse-engineering the platform
- Artificially inflating gifts or self-funding for the purpose of misleading activity or circumventing fees is prohibited.
13. Availability
GiftFlow is provided “as-is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, uptime, or error-free operation.
14. Intellectual Property
GiftFlow branding, software, and design are owned by GiftFlow Ltd. You may not copy, modify, or use our brand assets without permission.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GiftFlow is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, lost income, or issues caused by third-party providers (including payment processors).
16. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate access where we believe there is a breach of these Terms, risk of harm, suspected fraud, or legal/compliance concerns. We may remove content or restrict features to protect users and the platform.
17. Legal Rights
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded or limited by contract.
18. Taxes
Creators are responsible for reporting income and paying any taxes due. GiftFlow does not provide tax advice.
19. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of GiftFlow after updates constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
20. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

- Securely hashed password
- Profile information and wishlist content (including uploaded images)

Supporters
- No registration is required to send gifts.
- Email address at checkout.
- IP address and device/browser information (anti-fraud and security).
- Transaction reference, timestamp, and amount.
- Optional supporter name and message if provided.
Automatically
- Device and browser information
- Basic usage analytics
- Security and audit logs
- Supporter data generated through transaction activity and platform security logs
- Device, network, and behavioural analysis signals used to detect fraud and protect the platform
GiftFlow does not store full payment card or bank account credentials.
3. Payment Information
Payments are processed by third-party providers. GiftFlow typically receives only:
- Transaction ID/reference
- Timestamp
- Amount
- Status
We do not receive or store full payment card or bank credentials.
4. How We Use Data
- To operate the platform and provide features

- To prevent fraud and abuse and keep the platform safe
- To moderate content for safety and compliance
- To provide support and respond to requests

5. Lawful Basis for Processing

- Contract — to provide the GiftFlow platform and process gifts

- Consent — where required (for example, optional analytics or communications)
6. Data Sharing
We may share data with service providers needed to operate GiftFlow, including:
- Payment and verification providers

We do not sell personal data.

We retain data while accounts exist and as required for legal, audit, and fraud-prevention purposes. Some records may be retained after account deletion where necessary for compliance and security.
